1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 7c999 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 7c999 website, mobile interface, and all associated services, features, and content (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. 3Account Registration and Security

To use the full functionality of the Platform, you must register one (1) account using your real personal details. You are permitted to hold only one active account at any time. Opening multiple accounts (whether in your own name or using aliases or proxy details) is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username, password, and any one-time passcodes). You must not share your credentials with any other person. 7c999 will never ask for your full password via any messaging channel. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be treated as authorised by you, whether or not you were aware of it.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

9Account Suspension and Termination

7c999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Terms have been breached; (b) the account is being used for prohibited conduct; (c) required KYC documentation has not been provided within the requested timeframe; (d) the account holder is no longer eligible to use the Platform; or (e) continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to 7c999.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to successful KYC verification. Account closure does not affect any legal rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.

10Intellectual Property

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7c999 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 7c999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 7c999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Privacy and Data Protection
